Biography
Patrick F Kennedy, a managing director in LECG’s San Diego office, has extensive experience providing analysis, consultation, and qualified expert testimony in complex litigation and business contexts. Dr Kennedy has provided oral and written testimony in federal and state superior courts, bankruptcy court, the US Court of Claims, and in arbitration.
Dr Kennedy has extensive experience in analyzing damages including patent, copyright, trade secret and trademark infringement, royalty disputes, breach of contract, fraud, malpractice, qui tam claims, insurance claims, employment disputes, tort claims, and class action matters including wage and hour, products liability, and false advertising.
