Biography

Prior to joining LECG, Vincent Burke was a practice leader of SMART’s insurance and reinsurance services group providing accounting, auditing, and consulting advice to a variety of clients. He has extensive experience and highly developed expertise in the US and international insurance industries and has served a broad spectrum of insurers including Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans; health insurers including managed care organizations, life and annuity companies, and property-and-casualty insurers (both personal and commercial lines); title insurance companies; mortgage insurers; long-term care insurers; self-funded insurance programs; Lloyd’s syndicates; reinsurers (foreign and domestic); captive insurance companies (onshore and offshore); and insurance agents; brokers; and direct marketers.
