Biography
Brad Baturka, a managing director in LECG’s Wayne office, has more than 22 years of combined forensic accounting, auditing, public and private accounting, and finance experience. Prior to joining LECG, Mr. Baturka spent more than three years in the forensic accounting and litigation consulting practices at both Aon Consulting and Kroll, both international consulting firms, most recently as a managing director. Mr. Baturka also was the managing director of international consulting at Reynolds and Reynolds, where he was responsible for all consulting activities outside of the US and Canada. At Reynolds and Reynolds, he also served as the finance director for their services and CRM technology groups. Prior to that he was the chief financial officer of a GE Capital/Penske Capital portfolio company (the HAC Group). Brad began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where for 12 years he provided clients with accounting and auditing services.
With substantial experience working in a corporate setting and serving as a consultant to major corporations, Mr. Baturka has gained a deep understanding of financial investigations, GAAP, and GAAS as well as corporate transaction matters. His background includes involvement in mergers and acquisitions as a buyer, seller, and advisor, including recent advisory work for a large, publicly-traded company’s strategic development department.
Mr. Baturka has managed assignments throughout Mexico and Western Europe. He has worked with clients from a wide range of industries including financial services, mortgage banking, automotive, software, and professional services.
