Biography

Gary Gutzler is a principal with the firm. He consults with clients in a wide variety of industries on complex financial and accounting matters involving intellectual property infringement, lost profits, reasonable royalties, breach of contract, antitrust, fraud, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations. Mr. Gutzler has assisted clients in such industries as software, medical products, aviation, internet, consumer products, chemicals, automotive, and manufacturing. Prior to joining LECG, Mr. Gutzler was a manager in the financial advisory services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a senior associate at Peterson Consulting.
