LECG is governed by three executive teams. The executive team assists in managing and enhancing operational decision making and oversight. The board of directors are elected to represent stockholders, establish policies related to corporate management, and oversee decisions on major accounting, governance, and compensation issues. The segment leadership is in charge of the conduct of the company’s business.
