Biography
Philip Rowley, global head of business development, brings 24 years of experience in the expert services and litigation consulting industry. Mr. Rowley has overall leadership responsibility for LECG’s business development initiatives. During his career, Mr. Rowley has held senior management positions including global practice leadership roles at Peterson Consulting and Navigant Consulting and was the president of Resolution Economics. His responsibilities in these positions have included oversight on both a national and regional level of operations, marketing, practice area development, and business development.
As a consultant, Mr. Rowley's practice focused primarily on commercial disputes and damages analyses across various industries. He has provided expert witness testimony in both federal and state courts. Mr. Rowley has participated in and managed numerous consulting assignments involving breach of contract, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, licensing, antitrust, business interruption, dealer termination, warranty, securities, valuation matters, and professional liability. Phil’s consulting assistance has included financial and economic analysis, license negotiations, accounting, computerized information systems, statistics, and expert witness testimony. He earned a BA in public policy from Stanford University.
