Biography

Sanjay Unni, a director in LECG's Emeryville office, has managed several large engagements in connection with strategic consulting and litigation services. These engagements have involved transfer pricing, valuation of intangible property, valuation of closely held enterprises, valuation of asset portfolios, damages arising from breach of contract in the technology and banking sectors, and damages arising from violations of securities law.
